May Edochie, the first wife of actor and filmmaker Yul Edochie has sued comedian Chidi Uzoma, often known as Baba De Baba over claims he made on Facebook.
The influencer disclosed through her attorney that Baba De Baba asserted that May Edochie prefers women over males in private.
According to the post, May Edochie recently travelled to Ghana with her female pals to look for males to date.
In the post, Baba De Baba allegedly cautioned Ghanaian men to exercise caution around May Edochie and accused her of having HIV.
The comedian was instructed to take down all of the disparaging postings about May.
Additionally, she asked that May receive an apology by Sunday, December 15, 2024.
Comedian Baba De Baba said he is prepared to apologize but will not take down all of his content in response to the lawsuit.
He asserted that Judy Austin and Yul Edochie have been the targets of similar attacks by May Edochie's supporters, known as May Nation.
Additionally, Baba De Baba stated that his Facebook profile is managed by someone else, which makes removing the post a time-consuming procedure.
