Nigerian Afrobeats star Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, well known as Kizz Daniel, addressed an ongoing issue with his fanbase, popularly known as the Vaddicts, on X.

The "Buga" hitmaker expressed frustration over fans who frequently used online interactions to request financial help.

Kizz Daniel, known for his soulful melodies and chart-topping anthems, urged his supporters to focus on sharing positive vibes rather than asking for money.

The singer emphasized that any act of generosity on his part would be done discreetly and under divine inspiration rather than in a public setting.

He firmly added, “Not anymore,” to establish clear boundaries with his fans.

In his exact words, he wrote: “Vaddicts, make una stop all this money thing each time I’m online … shey we no fit just vibe ni ?! … Even if God wan use me bless person, it will be in private, not public. Not anymore ….”

The reactions to his post were mixed, reflecting the challenge of redefining the relationship between celebrities and their fans.

While some supporters understood his perspective, others struggled to adapt to this new approach, as many often see public figures as a source of financial assistance.
