Popular Christian movie actor, Abel Martins has revealed that he will no longer participate in the production of Christian movies.

He explained that his decision was made after some colleagues betrayed him and tried to tarnish his reputation.

Martins also mentioned that he had a terrible experience during a collaboration with famous gospel filmmaker Mike Bamiloye.

According to him, his continuous movie production with Mike Bamiloye fueled jealousy that led to a vicious plot by his colleagues.

He expressed his appreciation to Mike Bamiloye for his support, adding that the filmmaker stood by him during his darkest moments.

Speaking in an interview with Dele Adeyanju on “The Journey,” the actor stated that these reasons have led to him ending his involvement in Christian movies.

“I know we have come to fight a war in this world. Heavy is part of why I make up my mind that I won’t take part in any Christian production again.”
