'I thought Bobrisky was a woman' - Portable shares what led him to crossdresser’s page

Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has shared the circumstances that led him to meet crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky.

Speaking on the latest edition of the Echoroom podcast, Portable revealed that he had advised Bobrisky, whom he describes as a friend, against his lifestyle choices.

In the interview, he questioned why Bobrisky would present himself as a woman when he was born a man.

"I am God-sent and an angel of God. I told Bobrisky to stop what he is doing. I told him, 'If you want to be a woman, be a woman. If you want to be a man, be a man,'" Portable stated.

When asked whether he donated to Bobrisky upon his release from prison, as many other celebrities did, Portable responded that he did not, explaining that crossdressing goes against God's commandments.

It can be recalled that Bobrisky, in an appreciation post following his release from detention, disclosed that several celebrities, including Funke Akindele, Don Jazzy, Victor Osimhen, Eniola Ajao, Tonto Dikeh, Abu Abel, and Yhemo Lee, had contributed financial support to him.

A notable moment from the podcast was when Portable admitted that adultery had initially led him to Bobrisky’s social media page, as he had mistaken him for a woman.
