Nollywood actor Daniel Etim-Effiong has shared his feelings about the online criticism his wife, Toyosi Etim-Effiong, faces for her supportive comments about him.

Toyosi recently made headlines when she mentioned that some female fans are awestruck when they see her husband.

During their seventh wedding anniversary celebration, she asked Daniel if he is bothered by what people say about her.

Daniel admitted that the negative comments affects him and wished that online trolls would ease their harshness. However, he acknowledged that Toyosi loves to express herself and has developed a thick skin against criticism.

He noted that while Toyosi doesn't let negative comments get to her, people often misunderstand her.
