Media personality Nedu Wazobia has said that inviting comedian and ex-BBNaija star Deeone to the Honest Bunch Podcast was a move he stands by with confidence.

During a lively press conference on Pulse NG, on Thursday, February 20, 2025, Nedu asserted that he has no regrets about featuring Deeone on the podcast, emphasizing that everyone is entitled to their own unique perspective.

"I didn't regret bringing DeeOne to the Honest Bunch Podcast. Everyone is entitled to their opinion," Nedu said.

He also highlighted the positive impact the podcast has had on many people’s lives. "The show has helped many people," he added.

DeeOne recently made headlines for allegedly making derogatory comments about social media activist Vincent Martins Otse, better known as VeryDarkMan, by insinuating that he is "gay."

In a video, DeeOne accused VeryDarkMan of engaging in homosexual activities. "E dey do man. Una no know?" DeeOne submitted.

In retaliation, VeryDarkMan tackled Nedu Wazobia, the main host of the podcast, accusing him of inappropriate behavior with some female guests.
