Happie Boys, formerly employed as security guards in Nigeria, are currently detained in Cyprus.

Authorities in Cyprus are said to have arrested them for an unspecified crime and imprisoned them in the country.

A well-known Twitter influencer named Pamilerin Adegoke made this announcement today, October 10 2023, via his verified X account.

He wrote: “Happie Boys Remanded in Prison in Cyprus Popular internet sensation and former security guards, Happie Boys have been remanded in a prison in Cyprus.

“They were said to have been arraigned for an unkown offence and remanded in an underground prison by the authorities in Cyprus.”

Recall that Happie Boys rose to fame after being fired from their job as security guards in Nigeria for dancing while on duty.
