Massive congratulatory posts followed Chef Damilola Adeprusi, popularly known as Chef Dammy, after she announced her enrollment in culinary training at the Hospitality Business School in Lagos.

In June 2023, Chef Dammy made headlines with her cook-a-thon attempt, which was met with heavy criticism.

Despite the backlash, Chef Dammy has now commenced her studies for a Professional Culinary Art Chef diploma.

Taking to her social media page on Saturday, Chef Dammy shared a photo of herself in her new uniform and wrote, “My first time in school uniform as a proper pro. Chef in the making.

“I ran back into the hostel to go and blush. Being my first time in the school uniform, when I stepped out of the hostel, I started hearing, ‘Chef Dammy, you’re finally wearing the uniform, so fine!’ So I ran back inside, took selfies, and started blushing again.”

The photo gained attention as many applauded her for her reaching this new milestone in her career.
