The video, shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, also known as Charly Boy, shows the lady chatting with Prime Minister Mark Rutte as they walk to their respective offices.

The lady expressed her excitement, believing she was going to have a great day at work after chatting with the prime minister.
