Bobrisky prison scandal: VeryDarkMan gains Phyna’s support, plans date post meeting with House of Rep
Activist Martins Vincent Otse popularly known as VeryDarkMan has announced plans to take Big Brother Naija winner, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor better known as Phyna on a date after his meeting with the House of Representatives.
He made this statement after Phyna took to her social media page to declare her support for VDM. She also hinted that she would stand by him should he decide to run for president in the near future.
Phyna wrote, “VDM for President (YDP) Youth Democratic Party. I will boldly and proudly stand. A better Nigeria will come.
Any year he makes such decision I will be standing by. Incase you have tears to shed after this.
I will stand with VeryDarkMan any year he decides to contest for presidency.”
Phyna’s post comes after her colleague Vee Iye threatened to cut off anyone who supports VDM in the drama with Bobrisky. The actress, without directly mentioning Vee, labelling her illogical.
Vee, however, challenged Phyna to mention her name in her comment rather than being indirect. Phyna then went ahead to share a screenshot of their conversation, captioning it, “Just in case anything happens that’s the reason for the second slide ……. In all of this unusual phyna is standing by.”
In response, VeryDarkMan wrote, “After the meeting with the House of Reps tomorrow, I’m going on a date with Phyna. We are having groundnut soup and starch,” accompanied by a heart emoji.
VDM has been in the news after he released an audio recording of crossdresser Idris Okuneye also known as Bobrisky, claiming to have never been in prison. Instead, he was taken to a private lodge in collaboration with his godfather and the Prison Controller General.
Bobrisky also claimed to have paid officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) N15 million to drop the money laundering charges against him.
This revelation sparked massive reactions from Nigerians including the House of Representatives who called on VeryDarkMan to present himself at the lower chamber for further investigations into the allegations.
