Olubankole Wellington, popularly known by his stage name Banky W has donated food to residents of the Lekki/Oniru community.

The singer cum filmmaker made this statement in a tweet this evening.

Thanking all the residents of the community that donated their money and time, he promised to do this during the remaining days of the lockdown.

"Today was a great day... we fed 650 of the less fortunate people in our Lekki/Oniru/Maruwa community. Thank you to all the residents who donated their money, and volunteered their time. We will do this every lockdown day by God's grace," he tweeted.
