Reno Omokri, author and former presidential aide, has stated that he believes arranged marriages are the most successful unions on earth.
He pointed out that the divorce rate in love matches continues to rise with about 40–50%, while arranged marriages have a divorce rate of only 4%.
Using examples from the Bible, Omokri wrote on his X page.
“There is nothing wrong if your parents, siblings, or other relatives want to fix you up with an arranged marriage. Arranged marriages are the most successful unions on Earth.

In another post, Omokri warned men not to settle for women who cultivate the habit of demanding money.
He claims that women who marry because of money can also cheat because of money, despite the beauty of the women.
“In your search for a wife, draw the line on women who ask you for money when you ask them out. It is not about the money. Even if you have money now, what about if something happens in future and you do not have money? Listen, a girl who marries because of money can also cheat because of money. No matter how beautiful a snake is and how much you take care of it, it must still bite you at the appointed time,” he said.
