Ex- wife of 9ice, Toni payne has lamented how she raised their son without 9ice’s help.

She took Instagram page to make this disclosure while 9ice exchanged vows with his belle, Olasunkanmi Akande at a wedding in Lagos State during the week.

Her post read in part, “I have raised Z 100 per cent alone without complaining. To every parent, especially single parents, raising their kids without help from the co-producer– I know it’s not easy. But may God give you the tools needed to give them the best childhood.

There is no such thing as “without me, you cannot do it.” These are false statements made by those who don’t know or trust Gods process. Yesterday, we beautifully crossed another milestone. I can’t believe my onesie baby is headed to middle school. ???? Where does the time go? ???? My level of pride was clear as water, oh boy!!! people had to ask if I’m the one graduating. Well,technically, I was.???????? When I get asked, “Toni, how do you cope?” How do I not? Yeah yeah, raising kids can be a lot of work and with the amount of activities mine does, it’s triple work ????BUT Raising this young King and watching him evolve has been so rewarding. I believe the best part of being a parent is watching them grow and seeing how they morph into their own person with their own views, aspirations and life goals. It’s so amazing to me. The biggest thanks over the years goes to my family for always being there for Zion and never letting him feel like it’s just us two. The love they show him, giving him a sense of a LOVING FAMILY who truly care for him, and always being there for him, it has meant so much to us. ???? With God by my side, I will continue to raise a good man who knows and appreciates those who were there for him. Who will also learn to forgive and move on from those who weren’t. Yesterday was truly a fun and blessed day. A day of laughter, family and pride in two of our own (his cousin graduated as well). The days and years to follow will be even greater. My Golden child, King Zion the Great, you are a wonderful boy who will be a great man and that day is fast approaching. God willing, we will all be here to share in it with you. You are blessed. You have always been blessed. You will remain forever blessed because not only are you an awesome child to me, you are a kind, caring and compassionate human being. PERIODT!!.
