The acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu has vowed to prosecute former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke this year.
He made this statement while fielding questions from journalists during his working visit to the Commission’s Ibadan zonal office today.

The anti-graft Chairman revealed that the Commission had traced a number of criminal activities ranging from abuse of office, bribery, fraud, misuse of public funds and money-laundering to the former minister.

He also promised to expedite all the processes keeping the ex-minister abroad in order for her to answer for alleged crimes committed during her years as a minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
