Google has launched a developers' space in Lagos.
The hub, which is the first by Google in Africa, is a place where interactions between developers, entrepreneurs, developer community members, and 3rd party developer groups within the tech ecosystem take place.
The creation of Google Developers Space is part of Google’s commitment to support African entrepreneurs in building technology companies and products.
Present at the unveiling of the event was the Managing Director of Nigerian Communications Satellite systems, Abimbola Alale who represented the Honourable Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami at the official opening ceremony of the Google Developers Space in Lagos, earlier today.
