CEO of Lucky Mane Group Ltd Lucky Mane has spoken on how the firm has become a powerhouse in Africa’s forex trading and real estate industries.
Founded in March 2021 by Onyeachonam Goodluck Chikwesiri, popularly known as Lucky Mane, the company launched the world’s first synthetic indices proprietary trading firm and trained over 220,000 traders across Africa.
Speaking about the company’s journey, CEO Lucky Mane said: “Our mission is to empower individuals by providing them with the right knowledge and tools to become financially independent through forex trading. We break down complex trading concepts into simplified steps that anyone can grasp.”
Lucky Mane Group has subsidiaries in real estate (Lucky Mane Properties), forex trading education (Lucky Mane Forex Academy), and general forex trading. The company’s innovative approach has earned it a strong reputation for expertise in synthetic indices trading.
Since its inception, Lucky Mane Group has trained thousands of traders across Nigeria, Rwanda, Cameroon, Ghana, and Kenya.
In April 2024, the company hosted a one-week free forex class in Lagos, training over 13,000 Nigerians. It later replicated the initiative in Abuja, culminating in a 5,000-seater forex event in Nigeria’s capital.
“We believe that 90% of trading success comes from knowledge,”* said Lucky Mane. *“Through our mentorship programs, we ensure that our students don’t just learn forex—they master it and apply it effectively.”
Beyond forex, the company has made strides in real estate, completing the first phase of the LM Estate—modern duplexes—and recently commissioning the groundbreaking of a seven-story luxury apartment complex in Enugu State.
Lucky Mane Group fosters innovation through its functional website, proprietary firm app, and dynamic trading programs. The company constantly updates its strategies to align with market shifts. Its flagship initiative, Next Level Trading with Lucky Mane, blends theory with real-time market applications, equipping traders with practical skills.
In addition to business growth, Lucky Mane Group is committed to corporate social responsibility. The company employs over 59 Nigerians and, through its Feed Our Children initiative, provided meals to over 1,200 children in Enugu State during a three-day event in December 2024.
Onyeachonam Goodluck Chikwesiri’s personal journey is one of resilience and determination. Born in Enugu, he excelled in academics, winning awards in Chemistry and achieving top WAEC results. Initially pursuing Medicine and Surgery abroad, he later transitioned into Chemical Engineering while building his forex empire.
Reflecting on his early struggles, he said, “After secondary school, I worked as a sales boy earning just ₦20,000 monthly. That experience shaped my leadership perspective and strengthened my drive to create opportunities for others.”
Looking ahead, Lucky Mane Group aims to expand further in real estate and forex. The company has opened a second trading floor in Abuja and envisions launching its own forex brokerage firm and copy trading app.
“We don’t just teach forex—we build financially independent traders who see trading as a skill, not gambling,” Lucky Mane emphasized. “Our goal is to create a legacy of excellence that transforms lives across Africa.”
With a track record of innovation, mentorship, and impact, Lucky Mane Group Ltd is undoubtedly a game-changer in Africa’s financial and real estate sectors.
