The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) has once again, postponed the operations of the Porthacourt refinery.
This was shared in an X post by top Nigerian journalist, Rufai Oseni on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
This makes it the 6th time it is being postponed as the refinery has never commenced it's operations.
Taking to X, Rufai wrote: "NNPC again postpones the start of Portharcourt refinery, if we say they have failed now, they will be shouting."
