Two prominent members of Meyer Plc have exited the company.

Devashish Nath and Jane Ijegbulem have exited the firm as Managing Director and Company Secretary, respectively, according to a notice filed by the paint company to the Nigerian Bourse.

Nath's exit was effective May 13th while Ijegbulem resignation is effective May 27th.

To replace Ijegbulem, Marriot Solicitors was appointed to replace her position, effective May 28th 2020.

While Rotimi Alashe, the Chief Finance Officer was appointed to serve as acting Managing Director in Nath's stead.
