A controversial Nigerian YouTuber, Emdee Tiamiyu has been reportedly deported back to Nigeria from the United Kingdom.
Recall that Tiamiyu trended online after he stated in an interview with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) that the reason why Nigerians study in the UK was to access the student visa to work and to relocate their families.
After the controversial interview, he received several backlashes online, especially from the Nigerian community.
In a recent development, Tiamiyu was accused of defrauding the UK government of a whopping £160,000.
According to reports, he misused funds intended for relocation purposes to construct a house in Ogun State, Nigeria.
The allegations led to his deportation back to Nigeria.
