Serial entrepreneur, Tony Elumelu has disclosed the secret behind his success in business.

In a post on X on Monday, July 8, the billionaire attributed his success to the talented individuals he surrounds himself with.

According to the Chairman of Heirs Oil and Gas, Transcorp Nigeria Plc. and United Bank for Africa Plc., he is successful because he learned from these talented people.

He also encouraged his followers to know their limitations and actively work on them.

Elumelu wrote: "Talent I don't have, I surround myself with people who have it.

"You must recognize your limitations but make sure you are intelligent enough to support yourself with those who are better, those who are more intelligent in that area than yourself."
