Nigeria's Oil & Gas Industry under the leadership of the Group Managing Director, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mele Kyari has donated $30m to fight the global pandemic that has begun to build up in Nigeria.
The industry-wide intervention is a collaborative effort between the NNPC and its 18 oil-producing partners to support national healthcare facilities.
The intervention which amounts to N11bn would be delivered in phases beginning today to provide testing kits, medical protective suits and ambulances to highly impacted areas across the federation.

It also noted that the funds will be used to also provide ventilators, beds and intensive care facilities across the geopolitical zones of the federation.
