President of the African Development Bank, Akinwumi Adesina has vowed to use the bank to elevate and promote Africa.
He made this statement in a tweet via his twitter handle, @akin_adesina
The AfDB president promised to make development in the continent soar and stressed that it will be a continuous effort.
"This is a new Africa. The African Development Bank will keep focus on elevating and developing Africa. This is not a job. It is a mission," he tweeted.

It will be worthy of note that Adesina has been deliberately pro-African this year, particularly and this month, most especially.
