Callum Hudson-Odoi is currently spending his holiday season back in Ghana and the Chelsea star was welcomed by the club's fans in the West African nation, Twitter.
The 20-year-old was part of Thomas Tuchel's men who won their second Champions League title in history following the 1-0 victory Man City in the finals.
And in a colourful event hosted by the Blues supporters in the Gold Coast, Hudson-Odoi was a special guest as fans sang the club's official theme song 'Blue is the colour'.
