Controversial Ghanaian dancehall act, Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale has disclosed that he will retire from music after his upcoming GOGALBUM album.
In a tweet on his official Twitter handle, Shatta Wale said he has "made enough to go into new businesses and create employment for those who still want to follow the course!"
Shatta Wale is one of the few Ghanaian acts from the West African nation who have been outspoken in his advocacy for structure in the Ghanaian music industry.
It is, however, unclear what triggered his latest tweet.
