73 new coronavirus cases have been reported in Ghana, taking the total toll of confirmed cases to 287
The new cases were announced on Tuesday morning.
Ghana Health Service said the increase in cases was as a result of "enhanced contact tracing and testing".
GHS said that mandatory quarantine of travellers who arrived in the country between 21 and 22 March, before the borders were closed, had ended.
Some 1,030 people were quarantined during that period and 105 of them tested positive in two different test phases, BBC said.
