Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that French duo Kylian Mbappé and Ferland Mendy will miss their upcoming La Liga clash against Getafe.
However, the 65-year-old revealed that both players are expected to be fit and available for the Copa del Rey final against Barcelona over the weekend.
Los Blancos will face Getafe on Wednesday, April 23, in a Matchday 33 La Liga fixture.
The Spanish giants currently trail league leaders Barcelona by four points, with just six matches remaining in the season.
Real Madrid were recently eliminated in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League, suffering a 5-1 aggregate defeat to Arsenal.
Speaking ahead of the Getafe clash, the veteran Italian manager said:
“I think Mbappé and Mendy will be ready for the final against Barcelona.
They will not be available tomorrow [against Getafe].”
