Italian Serie A giants AC Milan have renewed their interest in Nigerian international Raphael Onyedika.

Reports from Italy indicate that the Rossoneri have opened talks with Club Brugge over a possible move for the Super Eagles midfielder.

Milan had shown interest in signing the 23-year-old last summer but failed to meet the club's €24 million valuation.

According to Soccernet, the Belgian Jupiler Pro League outfit is set to reject AC Milan's estimated €18 million offer for Onyedika.

Milan is expected to submit an improved bid if their initial proposal is turned down by Club Brugge.

The Rossoneri are keen to secure Onyedika's signature on a five-year deal.

Premier League outfit Crystal Palace is the other club that has expressed interest in the Nigerian midfielder.
