Nigerian international Chidera Ejuke has been hailed by Sevilla following his assist in the club's 4-0 drubbing of Real Valladolid in the Spanish La Liga.

Ejuke came onto the pitch with a quarter of an hour left to play to assist Dodi Lukebakio for Sevilla's fourth goal of the game.

It was the 14th appearance of the season for the Super Eagles star.

Reacting to Ejuke's contribution to the resounding victory, the club took to social media to commend Ejuke in Pidgin.

“An assist for our Naija boy. We mount,” the club wrote in a post on X.

Sevilla currently sits in 12th place in the Spanish La Liga courtesy of their comprehensive victory over Valladolid.
