Barcelona kept their hopes of challenging for the Spanish La Liga title alive after thrashing Sevilla 4-1 at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on Sunday, February 9.

Robert Lewandowski gave Barcelona an early lead in the seventh minute before the hosts responded swiftly less than a minute later, courtesy of Ruben Vargas's strike.

Fermin Lopez came off the bench to restore Barcelona's lead right after the restart before Raphinha made it 3-1 in the 55th minute.

Lopez was later sent off in the 61st minute for a dangerous tackle on Djibril Sow.
