Interim head coach Augustine Eguavoen has urged AC Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze to make smart decisions on the pitch.
Speaking ahead of Nigeria's African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya, Eguavoen warned the former Villarreal forward to know when to dribble and when not to dribble.
The 59-year-old also urged the 25-year-old to pay attention to his defensive duties.
“You can imagine Chukwueze coming to defence to help, he gets the ball, what does he do, not dribble,” Eguavoen told NFF TV
“We know how good he is when he has to dribble but he should know where to dribble, he should know where not to dribble.
“If he comes in he has to do his defensive duty. It is a responsibility but he knows what to do, so these are things we go through every now and then.”
Nigeria will take on Libya at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Friday, October 11 before travelling away for the return encounter on Tuesday, October 15.
