Nigerians on social media have shared some reasons why a move to French giant, PSG would be a good idea for Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen.

The forward has been told by coach Antonio Conte that he isn't part of his plans ahead of the new season.

While the rumors about his future continue to dominate the sporting headlines on social media and traditional media, renowned transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed in a post on social media that Osimhen has reportedly agreed to join PSG.

Fabrizio disclosed that Osimhen has given PSG the green light, and contract details are being finalized.

However, the transfer hinges on successful negotiations between Napoli and PSG.

If the move is finalized, Napoli will reportedly pursue Romelu Lukaku as Osimhen's replacement.

According to Romano, "Paris Saint-Germain have Osimhen's green light to project/move, work in progress on contract details. Negotiations between PSG and Napoli are now the key part of the story, not easy. If Osimhen leaves, Napoli will go for Lukaku."

Osimhen scored 17 goals across all competitions for Napoli last season.
