Vincent Enyeama's son has signed his first professional contract with French Ligue 1 club Lille.
The former Super Eagles goalkeeper announced this on social media on Wednesday, July 17.
"God is the greatest. Home sweet home. Back home in a different skin," Enyeama wrote on Instagram.
The young Enyeama has followed in his father's footsteps after being promoted to Lille's U-18 team, having made 143 appearances for the junior team.
Vincent Enyeama's post has received congratulations messages from other Super Eagles stars, including Yakubu Aiyegbeni, Anthony Nwakaeme, and William Troost-Ekong.
Yakubu Aiyegbeni wrote, "Congratulations!" Anthony Nwakaeme added, "The legacy continues. I hope he can use both feet. I was a big fan of you, mainly because of how you made it look easy with your feet. No goalkeeper in Africa comes close."
William Troost-Ekong and Adebayo Adeleye also celebrated with emojis, congratulating Enyeama's son on his achievement.
