Former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh was left in awe of Lamine Yamal's breathtaking performance against France in the European Championship semi-finals.
The 16-year-old Spanish sensation scored a stunning goal to equalize for La Roja, canceling out Randall Kolo Muani's opener in a thrilling clash at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday, July 9.
Yamal made history by becoming the youngest player to score at the Euros, and his wonder strike was followed by Dani Olmo's goal just two minutes later, securing Spain's place in the final.
Yamal's incredible display earned him the Man-of-the-Match award, and former Super Eagles midfielder Sunday Oliseh took to social media to praise the young player's football intelligence.
On X, Oliseh wrote: "I am totally amazed at the football intelligence this player has shown at this European Championship. We could be witnessing the birth of a future World Player of the Year."
