The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been drawn in Group D for the 2025 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
The 2023 AFCON finalists will face familiar opponents like Benin Republic and Rwanda, whom they are also grouped with in the World Cup qualifiers.
Libya completes the group. The draw took place in Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday, July 4 (not June 4).
The AFCON 2025 finals will be held between December 21, 2025, and January 18, 2026, for the first time.
