‘If you want to give up, give up’ - Victor Boniface sparks massive reaction from Nigerians

Victor Boniface has sparked a massive reaction from Nigerians on social media after giving negative advise to the youth.

In an interview that has surfaced online, Boniface, when asked to give some words of encouragement to those who look up to him, refused.

The 23-year-old striker instead suggested that anyone who wants to give up should just give up. The sarcastic words from the Nigerian player did not sit well with many who criticised him for his remarks.

While others laughed off his comment, saying he was being hilarious and joking.

Speaking in Pidgin English, Victor Boniface said, “Dem no dey encourage anybody nowadays oh. If you wan give up, make you give up. (sic)”
