Brentford midfielder Frank Onyeka could miss the Super Eagles' upcoming World Cup qualifier against South Africa and Benin Republic due to injury.
The 26-year-old was sidelined for Brentford's last two games of the season, raising doubts about his availability for the crucial qualifiers.
Onyeka joins a growing list of players like Victor Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze who are all facing fitness issues ahead of the clashes against Bafana Bafana and the Squirrels.
Other stars like Moses Simon, Zaidu Sanusi and Tyrone Ebuehi have already been ruled out of the games due to injuries.
The Super Eagles will host South Africa at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Friday, June 7 before travelling to Abidjan to take on Benin three days later.
