A Ghanaian man in the United Kingdom, who goes by the name Michael Boye-Marquaye, strongly claims he is the father of Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford.
According to Mr Boye-Marquaye, Rashford's mother, Melanie Rashford is not the biological mother of the player.
The UK-based Ghanaian is calling on the player to reach out to him after a long back-and-forth trying to establish a relationship with the England striker.
"Look Rashy (Rashford) I am telling you, I am your father. This thing has been going on for far too long but I have kept quite," he said.
"Look, you can say this and that about Melanie, I respect her and her husband very much but I have to tell you the truth because if I don't, in future you and your children and your great grandchildren will be lost," he furiously added.
Mr Boye-Marquaye rejected claims he is pushing to meet the player because of money.
"I am doing this not because of money, again not money but it is you I want. I am getting very angry but because of you and the respect I have for you I have kept my mouth shut," he added.
Rashford enjoyed a blistering campaign with Manchester United in the just ended campaign, scoring 30 goals and providing 11 assists in 56 matches, as reported by Transfermarkt.
