Togo’s star Franck Kwame is excited over his move to NPFL side Remo Stars last weekend.
The player completed his transfer from AS Douanes over the weekend and has started training with the club ahead of the coming season.
Kwame, had a stint with Ankara in Turkey and Belgian side Royal Antwerp before returning to Africa, where he then moved to AS Douanes.
“I’m happy to be here and ready to give my all,” Kwame said. “I am impressed with the club facilities as it reminded me of my first professional contract in Turkey.”
He’s the second goalkeeper to join the club this window after Cameroon shot stopper Charlse Tambe.
Both goalkeepers will compete with home boy Kayode Bakare, for the number one spot.
