Super Eagles stars Leon Balogun and Joe Aribo featured for Scottish Champions, Glasgow Rangers in their pre-season match against Partick Thistle at Firhill.

The duo helped the Gers to a 1-0 victory after being introduced in the second half of the game.

They got the winning goal in the 85th minute after Romanian midfielder Ianis Hagi set up Cedric Itten.

Rangers will continue their preparations towards the 2021-2022 league season when they play Tranmere Rovers on Saturday.

The Steven Gerrard side will also take on Arsenal on July 17, before starting their title defense against Livingston July 31st.
