Victor Osimhen's agent Roberto Calenda has denied reports linking the Super Eagles striker with a loan move to Chelsea.
According to widespread reports, Napoli are considering a swap deal with the Blues involving Victor Osimhen and Romelu Lukaku.
The Athletic reported that the Belgium international's move to Napoli is expected to be permanent, while Osimhen’s move to Stamford Bridge would be a season-long loan with an option to buy.
In a swift response to the emerging reports, Calenda has debunked the rumours as fake news.
“I read about ‘fantasy exchanges’ with Victor… as if he was a package to be delivered quickly,” Calenda wrote on X
“This package is the top scorer of the third Scudetto in the history of Napoli”.
“Respect and stop fake news!”.
