Nigerian international Bright Osayi-Samuel has stated that Fenerbahçe will endeavour to win all their remaining league matches to give themselves a good chance of securing the Super Lig title.

José Mourinho’s side recorded a 3-1 victory away at Sivasspor on Sunday, April 13, keeping their hopes alive of challenging Galatasaray for the title.

Victor Osimhen’s Galatasaray currently sit at the top of the Turkish league with 74 points, three points ahead of Fenerbahçe, who have 71.

Speaking in a post-match interview after their victory against Sivasspor, Osayi-Samuel emphasized that Fenerbahçe will treat their remaining fixtures as finals.

“We need to focus on ourselves. We have seven important matches. I think we will be champions if we win all the matches,” he said.

“It’s a valuable three points to continue on our way steadily. Every match we play is a final. Now we will focus on the next match.”
