Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun has confirmed his departure from Queens Park Rangers.
The 35-year-old confirmed that he will be leaving the club in a statement shared via his social media handle.
In a tweet, the Nigerian international expressed his gratitude to the club, teammates, and staff.
“Thank you to everyone at @officialqpr – the staff, the players and you the supporters,” he tweeted.
“Despite everything that has happened throughout this very difficult season, I’ve really enjoyed my time at the club.
“I’m wishing you nothing but the best for the future you Rsss ????.”
Balogun joined QPR last summer from Glasgow Rangers as a free agent.
He made 13 league appearances for the Championship side.
There are unconfirmed reports of a possible return to Glasgow Rangers this summer.
