Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle was present at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, when Ikorodu City faced Plateau United in a thrilling NPFL encounter on Wednesday, February 19.

Ikorodu City came from a goal down to beat Plateau United 2-1.

Albert Hilary scored the opening goal in the 38th minute to give the away side the lead before the break.

Ayomide Olatunji leveled the scoreline for the home side in the 74th minute before Tosin Oyedokun grabbed the winner in the 80th minute.

Chelle recently returned to Nigeria after concluding his Europe tour, where he visited some senior members of the Super Eagles team.

The 47-year-old will face his first major test when Nigeria takes on Rwanda and Zimbabwe in the World Cup qualifiers next month.
