KAA Gent of Belgium defender, Jordan Torunarigha says he is "proud" after making his Super Eagles debut.

Torunarigha featured for Jose Peseiro’s side in their 3-2 friendly win against the Mambas of Mozambique on Monday, October 16.

He was replaced by Calvin Bassey 15 minutes from time.

He expressed his excitement on his Instagram page.

“Really proud and happy about my debut for the Super Eagles!. Just the beginning!” He posted.

The player represented Germany at youth level before switching allegiance to Nigeria.
