Nigerian international Victor Osimhen ended the year on a blistering note after netting a brace in Galatasaray's 5-1 thrashing of Kayserispor in the Super Lig.
The 25-year-old gave Galatasaray an early lead from the penalty spot in the 4th minute before scoring his second goal in the 71st minute.
Baris Yilmaz also netted a brace, with Yunus Akgun adding another, as Okan Buruk's side thumped Kayserispor away from home.
The Super Eagles striker has been in remarkable form since joining Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli. The former Lille striker has registered 12 goals and five assists in 15 appearances across all competitions for the Turkish Super Lig champions.
Speaking after his latest heroics, Osimhen wished all the Galatasaray fans a Merry Christmas while promising that the team will make them even happier in the coming year.
"I thank our fans for the love they have shown me. I hope they will be happier in 2025," Osimhen told GSTV.
