Nigerian striker Asisat Oshoala scored the only goal of the game as Bay FC secured a crucial 1-0 victory over Seattle Reign in the UWSL.

The 29-year-old scored from the spot in the 57th minute to register her 7th goal of the season so far.

The victory has propelled Bay FC to move up the league log to 8th position with 28 points after 22 matches.

The reigning African Women's Footballer of the Year has been impressive for the San Francisco-based club.

Oshoala joined Bay FC from Barcelona earlier this year, having spent four incredible seasons with the Catalan giants.
