Manchester United have reportedly shortlisted Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen among their four attacking summer transfer targets.

Ruben Amorim's side are expected to launch into the market when the transfer window opens and look for a prolific striker to bolster their attack next season.

The Red Devils' attacking duo of Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund have struggled to find their feet since moving to the Premier League.

Zirkzee has registered just six goals in 44 competitive appearances since joining United from Bologna in the summer, while Hojlund has managed just eight goals in 39 matches across all competitions.

According to journalist Florian Plettenburg, Victor Osimhen is among a list of four strikers Man United are considering as potential signings in the summer transfer window.

Osimhen, who is currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, has been in scintillating form for the Turkish champions.

The 26-year-old has racked up 26 goals and provided five assists in 30 appearances across all competitions for the Yellow and Reds.

The former African Footballer of the Year is currently the leading top scorer in the Turkish Super Lig with 20 goals.

The other attacking options Ruben Amorim is considering as potential signings for the Red Devils include Sporting CP's Viktor Gyokeres, RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko, and Eintracht Frankfurt’s Hugo Ekitike.
