Nigerian international Raphael Onyedika produced a decent performance for Club Brugge despite their defeat to Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday, January 29.
The 23-year-old scored on the stroke of half-time as Manchester City staged a comeback to beat the Belgian club 3-1 to secure qualification to the playoffs.
It was the Super Eagles star's first UCL goal in this season's campaign.
Mateo Kovacic began the comeback by scoring in the 53rd minute before an own goal from Joel Ordonez gave the Cityzens a 2-1 lead.
Savinho, who was subbed on at half-time for Ilkay Gundogan, sealed the victory for Pep Guardiola's side in the 77th minute.
Tied on 11 points, both City and Brugge secured qualification to the playoffs by finishing 22nd and 24th respectively.
