Nigerian goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has revealed his five greatest Nigerian players of all time.
In an interview with Metro FM on the Sports Night Amplified show, the Chippa United shot-stopper named Austin Jay-Jay Okocha, John Mikel Obi, and Victor Osimhen among his top five greatest Nigerian players of all time.
The 28-year-old completed his top picks with the inclusion of two Nigerian legends, Vincent Enyeama and Nwankwo Kanu.
Okocha and Kanu have etched their names in the history books of Nigerian football, leading Nigeria to victory at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games where Nigeria won gold. The duo also guided Nigeria to win the 1994 Nations Cup in Tunisia.
Vincent Enyeama and John Mikel Obi were also instrumental in Nigeria's triumph at the 2013 AFCON in South Africa, the last the country won.
Victor Osimhen has also made a name for himself as arguably Nigeria's best player in the current era. He is the reigning African Footballer of the Year.
