Chelsea is reported on the verge of agreeing personal terms with Crystal Palace star Michael Olise.
This comes off the back of the £ 115 million transfer to sign Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.
According to Evening Standard, Chelsea will pay £45m for the 21-year-old while Manchester City is still interested in the Frenchman.
The report disclosed that City are currently focused on agreeing a deal to sign West Ham star Lucas Paqueta.
Olise has impressed during his time with Palace and could be set for a move to one of the top Premier League clubs this summer.
The 21-year-old can play on either wing, as well as operating as a no.10, which would be a crucial asset for Pochettino throughout the 2023/24 campaign.
Olise scored just two goals last term but provided an impressive return of 11 assists – with his current contract set to expire in 2026.
The Chelsea boss wants to add a new goalkeeper and striker to his squad before the transfer window closes following Kepa Arrizabalaga’s loan move to Real Madrid.
